Have an interview coming up?
Congratulations! You made it this far.
In addition to prepping for answers to the questions they will ask you, you should be ready with questions for them. Almost every interview ends with, “what questions do you have for us?” This is still part of the interview and a prime opportunity to show that you’ve researched the company, the people, and the role. Use this time to get even more detail while showing them that you’re the best match for the position. Questions about timelines are great, but go deeper.
Remember in an interview that it’s just as important for you to interview them, too! You want to make sure you’re getting an accurate representation of the job requirements, potential co-workers, your supervisor’s leadership style, and company culture.
Here are a few questions to ask your potential employer in your next interview.
What others would you add?
